Write one letter, build the audience from a list, ward or tags, get it approved, then download every copy to print.

Start the letter

Open Engage, then Letters, and choose Quick letter. If the letterhead is not listed yet, add it under Settings → Letters before you write.

Choose who receives it

Under To, build the audience from a saved list, a ward, a tag, or people you pick. The preview shows who will get a copy. Under Letterhead, choose the paper it prints on.

Write it once

Add the subject and the letter under Content. Type {{ where a name or address should change on each copy, and set the Signature.

Approve, then download

Choose Submit for approval. An admin or the MP approves it. On the print step, download one PDF per recipient, or Download combined PDF for the whole run.
