Build your MP website with news, surveys, petitions and an interactive constituency map. Run newsletter and SMS campaigns. Manage casework in a shared inbox with automatic triaging and smart reply — built for how Westminster offices actually work.

CaseBase is not a generic CRM. It is an MP website builder, a campaign studio for email and SMS, and a casework system with triaging and smart reply — so constituents get consistent answers and your team stops re-keying the same details across tools.
Drag-and-drop pages with news, surveys, petitions, an interactive constituency map, contact forms and email signup — all tied back to your office.
Plan and send email and text campaigns from one builder, with lists and consent aligned to the same constituent records you use for casework.
Mail lands in a shared workspace with routing rules and queues, so threads have owners and handovers do not mean starting from zero.
Get in-context drafting help for serious casework — while everyone in the office sees one timeline from first contact to closed case.

A proper constituency website, professional campaign tooling for email and SMS, and casework software with triaging and smart reply — designed together so site sign-ups, outreach and mailroom traffic stay in sync.
Build pages with blocks for news, surveys, petitions, quick links, voting record, written questions, an interactive map and more — without handing control to an agency every time you need a change.
Create newsletter and text campaigns from the same platform as your site and inbox, with subscription preferences and consent carried through properly.
Reach people who respond better to text, using the same constituent lists and governance you rely on for email — not a separate spreadsheet bolt-on.
Automatic routing sends inbound mail to the right queue or owner, cuts duplicate handling and keeps a single thread everyone can see.
Draft and refine responses faster with suggestions tuned for casework — a boost for busy teams, not a replacement for judgment.
Petitions, surveys and site sign-ups feed the same constituent layer your caseworkers use, so you are not reconciling three systems after every surgery.

Hey, I'm Will.
Working in an MP's office, .
Modern ticketing systems weren't equipped for the uniqueness of MP offices. And, the current systems are stuck in the stone age. Most offices we're using one system for casework, another for managing invites, missing opportunities to connect with their constituents.
I began building CaseBase because I wanted one place where the whole office could see the same history — who said what, what we've promised, and what still needs doing — whether that started on the website, in a campaign or in the inbox. Less time fighting the tools, more time on the work that actually matters.
Despite calls to increase staffing budgets, IPSA is not ready to move yet. That means it's even more important to ensure our offices have the tools they need to run as efficiently as possible.
If that sounds familiar, I'd love you to try what we're building — and tell us what we've still got wrong.

Founder, CaseBase
CaseBase is built for MPs' offices: casework in a shared inbox, professional email and SMS outreach, and a public site you control — without stitching tools together by hand.
Constituent mail lands in a shared workspace with routing rules, clear ownership and a full thread history — so handovers and busy weeks do not mean starting from zero.

No more "which system do you use for your mailing lists". Keep your constituents engaged with newsletters, petitions and surveys, all tied back to your office.

Drag-and-drop pages with blocks for news, surveys, petitions, an interactive constituency map, contact forms and more — so your public presence stays current without a separate agency retainer for every tweak.

Straight answers about the website builder, campaigns, casework, data and how we work with offices.
MPs’ offices and teams that want a proper constituency website, professional email and SMS campaigns, and casework tooling with triaging and smart reply — without stitching together five different products.
Yes. There is a visual site builder with blocks for news, surveys, petitions, an interactive constituency map, contact forms, voting record, written questions and more. You control content and layout without starting from scratch each time.
No. CaseBase is designed to sit alongside the mail and systems you already use, while giving you a shared casework workspace, campaign builder and public site. Exact integrations depend on your setup — we are happy to talk it through.
Yes. The campaign builder covers newsletter-style email and SMS, with lists and consent aligned to the same constituent records you use elsewhere in CaseBase.
Constituent data and marketing consent are first-class: we treat unsubscribe and subscription state seriously across site sign-ups, campaigns and casework. Details are summarised in our privacy policy; we can also provide more under NDA for procurement.
Yes. Shared visibility, triage rules, assignments and a full thread history are core — so casework does not depend on one person’s mailbox or spreadsheet.
We usually start with a short discovery (how you work today), then a phased onboarding: data, training, and go-live with support. Timelines depend on team size and complexity.
Pricing is based on your office’s needs (seats, volume, support). Scroll to the pricing section on this page for our plans, or email us for a tailored quote.
