Step 1
Create the surgery
Open Events and choose Create event. Set Type to Surgery and Booking to Time slots. Add a title, the date, a start time, how many slots, and how long each one is: 10, 15, 20, 30 or 45 minutes. Add the location.
Step 2
Publish it if constituents should book themselves
Tick Allow booking on MP website if the surgery should appear at /events on the public site. Then choose Create event.
Step 3
Book someone in
Open the event and choose Manage. Pick a free slot and Book slot, or open the constituent's case and choose Book MP appointment. The appointment stays on the case.
Step 4
Print the sheet
On the event, choose Print attendees. That is the list to brief the MP. The next week's surgery is a new event with the next date.
